1. Main Exhibition Hall – Innovation Zone
Location: Hall A, Ground Floor
Purpose: Showcase cutting-edge innovations in AI, robotics, and smart devices
Setup Details:
Booths numbered A1 to A20
Each booth equipped with high-speed internet and power outlets
Large screens for live presentations and interactive displays
Staff stationed during expo hours for Q&A and hands-on experiences
2. Virtual Reality Experience Lounge
Location: Hall B, First Floor, Section B3
Purpose: Immersive VR and AR technology experiences
Setup Details:
Space allocated for 5 VR stations with headsets and motion sensors
Comfortable seating and safety measures for users
Queue management system to handle visitor flow
Staff trained for headset sanitation and user assistance
3. Start-Up Pavilion
Location: Hall C, Ground Floor
Purpose: Emerging tech companies showcasing prototypes and MVPs
Setup Details:
Modular tables with adaptable power and networking ports
Pitch areas with microphone and projector for scheduled presentations
Networking lounge adjacent for investor and attendee interactions
Easy access to charging stations and refreshments
4. Workshop & Live Coding Arena
Location: Conference Center, Room 204
Purpose: Interactive workshops, live coding sessions, and hackathons
Setup Details:
Equipped with 50+ workstations with latest software pre-installed
Large screen displays for facilitator presentations
Sound system and recording equipment for session archiving
Whiteboards and digital collaboration tools available
5. Robotics Arena
Location: Outdoor Pavilion, East Wing
Purpose: Autonomous robots and drones in action
Setup Details:
Secure outdoor area with barriers for audience safety
Charging stations and maintenance zones for robotic units
PA system for commentary during activities
Weather contingency plan in place for outdoor events
